The Month of November:

Okay folks, im sorry i didnt blog at all the month of november it was just a crazy busy month at work and in life. So, here are a few pics that were taken this month to kinda fill you in on whats been happening. Enjoy!
Here is Haston learning the comb-over from papaw. The look on his face is my favorite!

Thanks to DeeDee and Pa! This is a very loud, and dancing panguin the sent h from Utah. He takes it from room to room with him. then when he gets bored, he knocks it over and laughs and says "Crash, it crashed"! and then set it up and do it again. easy entertained i gather.

haston is obsested with Thomas the Train. Has his very own train track, and every toy train car you could imagine owning. and all the shoes. Fun times.

We are still in the process of potty training. to give him some thing to do while he sits on the potty he either reads a book or watches t.v. Funny story... So, im at home the other day using the facitities my self. The door starts to rattle and in comes haston. he has a book in his hand. im thinking he wants to sit on the potty himself. But nope. he hands me the book and says.."mommy, potty.... BOOK!!" I was laughing so hard it hurt. I have got that boy trained.

Welcome to the Texas State Fair!!

We went to the state fair last week and we had a blast. Was kinda expensive so we did it right the first time cause we prolly wont have the time or money to do again. Was lots of fun. They have everything there.
Most of the pics are from a kids area where the got to plant, farm, milk a cow, ride tractors, and then when they are done, they "sell" there grown vegetables back to the workers and get a fair dollar and they can buy something from the store. crackers, granola bars, pack of gummies, stuff like that. He really liked that part.

Not a real cow in case anyone was wondering.

This is a huge monster truck that Haston didnt quiet know what to do with.

Uncle Josh's Wedding

This last weekend down in Austin, Tx we went to jeremy's brother Josh's wedding. Was lots of fun, if a tad to warm. Wedding and party were all outdoors.. Atnight. (julie, i would show you pics of my legs, but just look at yours and you know what im talking about.) This is a super cute pic of H and Dax(jer's brother Adam's kid). This is right before h leans in to kiss him. Was a Kodac moment i would have caught if i had been faster with camera but it was still reloading after taking this one. Sucks. but i think someone else got it so i will steal a copy. Either way it was cute.!

Haston and his "HORRSIE". they are donkeys in reality but try explaining that to a 2 year old. we also saw some Horned sheep.. dont know if actually sheep have horns but they looked like sheep and a bull crossed together.
This is haston having a full-on conversation with the violinist. She was very sweet to him and pretended to understand him and talk to him while she played. very talented..

Haston being his adorable self. He was great for the before wedding stuff and the after wedding stuff but for that actual wedding?..... well lets just say i saw them walk down isle and then kiss. rest of the time was spent in the pasture trying to keep h quiet cause you could here everything out there. and he kept trying to tell me about the donkey and trees and grass... and other stuff i didnt catch. But, we in all had a great time and even stopped on the way home in Waco so we could take a tour of the Dr Pepper meseum and so jer could get his pure sugar cane dr pepper fix for a while. the case we bought should last him a few days atleast..:) also stopped at this great old bakery think was called Collin street bakery? and bought a Fudge pecan pie... was interesting and huge. Lizzy, you should make it some time. Tasted like someone shoved a super rich brownie and a piece of awesome pecan pie to gether in my mouth.... might go have the last slice now since i have made my self hungry.
So, that was our weekend. Fun time was had by all and H was a trooper in the back seat with his portable dvd player and all the disney, manny, dora, and elmo a boy could ask for.! love to all!!!

Feet! MOMMY! Feet!

Haston loves Happy Feet the movie. We took him to the Dallas World Aquarium last week. They have all sorts of animals. really cool place to go when it's not crowded. The biggest and best thing for haston was he got to see Feet. that means Happy feet. He starts kicking his feet and dancing like they do in the movie. looks like he's running in place. so stinking cute. He kept wanting to go back to them. I would go back there every week if it wernt so stinking expensive. But well worth the trip just to see haston get excited.

Haston, the Artist, and Jack, the dog

we got the paper from jer's old job. they would give a new pad to each place they went and then instead of give 1/2 used one to the next job they would just throw away. Wasteful. So, jer asked the trash guy to keep his eyes open for them so we could have them for h. He loves to color. And i have found that crayons are cheap and they rub right off on the fake wood floors so i dont have to worry...much.
This is Jack. He is getting big. Lizzy had asked for a updated picture, so here you go. can't really tell how big he is but compared to how small he was when we got him.. he's huge.

Haston again.. coloroing. Likes to draw sortof a outline around his legs. like they do of dead bodies but not so creapy.

Always ready to cheeze it up for the camera!

Bare-back Riding

We have started the potty training stuff these days. Yes, i know it's a little early for that but the doctors have suggested it to us because of all the Staph infections he keeps getting in the diaper region. They say that the best way to train a child is to let them be "nekked" for a few days straight and watch them like a hawk so they become aware of.... well.. you know.

This is what i find the other day when i come out of the kitchen. Interesting way to watch t.v. Im pretty sure he was watching "Spirit" the disney movie and pushed his ponie in front of the t.v. to watch..... Bare-backed... or butted as the case may be.. I laughed so hard i might need to start wearing diapers myself.

Some big shoes to dance in

Haston has his own shoes on inside of daddy's. makes it easier to walk around in them. Which is what he does most of the time we are home. Found him wearing my princess slippers the other day cause jer had on his so haston didnt have any to walk in. or dance in...

Watering the plants

He is suppose to be helping water the plants.. think the plants are getting much water? Doubtful. but fun!
He recently learned how to cover up the water nossle and it comes out the sides and it like a game with him. thats fine until i get him into the bath tub and he does it there when my back is turned and completely soaks me and the floor. i was laughing so hard it was hard to be mad and make him understand that i wasnt laughing cause i wanted him to do it again. Now it's like a game for him. the minute my back is turned, he covers the tap.

He is so intent on watering these weeds.. might have over watered them. they look kinda sad. Oh well.

my son, the genius

First thing H does when he gets to mamaws house is go right to the computer. Fisher-price has this really cool kids keyboard that hooks up to the regular computer and he can play and learn. He is so smart. He doesnt want help. He can get to each of the differnt parts, if he wants to play music or draw, or read-along with a book, he knows how and what to do. He can and does spend hours a day on the computer. What a smart kid i have. lucky me. !

A little extra lube never hurt any one right?

So, we leave haston along in his room for little while to watch a show while m and jer eat dinner right? He's quiet for longer than normal so we go to check on him and find him

like this. He has smeared more than half of that jar of Vaseline all over his body, the floor and the pillow case. Mostly on his face and legs though. I never realized it was so hard to get that stuff off your skin. I have bathed him and scrubbed real good but i still cant get that oily glow off his face and his hair, what little he has is sticking straight up. Jer was a little concerned that he ate most of it. Bottle warning says not to injest.. So, he calls the poison control and they just say not to worry that if he did infact get some in his mouth he will probably just have loose stools for a while. Well.. doesnt that just sound like fun? i think i might go eat me some vaseline too....

3 Years.. but who's counting?

Few days late getting to this blog but on the 29th it was jeremy's and mine 3 year anniversary. I am a terrible person because i forgot. And, jer didnt. He got me a Book and 2 dozen roses. i am a terrible wife. but he should know by now im bad with dates.

Seems like yesterday i was lying in my hopsital bed wishing and hoping this all was just a dream and wasnt really happening. If it had been i would have missed out on the best most inportant thing in my life. I love you kiddo.

1st day of DayCare:

So, i'll gove you all the run down. Day started for

me a little before 6am. got dressed and ready for work at 630am. Very lucky to have work just down the street. Jeremy got H up and at'um around 7am. Jeremy drop H off at the very nice Jp morgan chase Free Daycare. Jeremy leaves H to play in the purple sandbox. Seems okay. H notices Jer is gone..... Not happy. Cries for a while.... refuses to eat the breakfast he is provided. Not happy much until he is alowd to go outside and play. Ms. Mildred (his teacher) says really enjoyed the slide and pushing this stoller type toy around. Laura is across the street at work worried sick about him. On her lunch break at 11am she rushes across the street to check on him. Trying for him to to see her. but just needs to check and make sure... you know what i mean? Anyway, when i get there they are just comming in from out side and once again he is very not happy that he has to come inside.. when i get there he is screaming about it. Unfortunataly there isnt a good place for parents to check on kids without being seeing. as he walks in the door.... he is crying and see's mommy... starts crying harder and runs up to me with his hads up and this expression on his face that i know to mean" why are you mad at me and why did you leave me here?" I stay for a little while and try to calm him down. He is so tired at this point that he is almost asleep on my shoulder. Ms. Mildred says it would be best if he not sleep till after lunch which is why they have come inside to begin with. So, i sadly say good bye.. while he is once again screaming and hugging my leg. I am quiet proud at my self that i didnt cry with him.. sure wanted to. He then rufuses to eat lunch. finally falls alseep. sleeps for 2 hours. wakes up in time for juice and crackers.. which he only wants the jucice. I mean while rush to get off work and go get him and find him drinking his juice. he starts crying and pointing to the door. bring him home feed him... alot because he is way hungry from his hunger strike and take him to the pool to try and make himi not hate me anymore for having to go full time. THAT is how his/my/jer's Horrible No Good Very Bad Day Went. Fun times.

Thank you Chase!

Thanks to all the hard working employees at the Addison branch of JP Morgan Chase Bank for donating all your Dave and Buster tickets so we could buy this bear for Haston!!
My Branch made it's goal few monthes back so the company gave our branch some money and so we went to dinner at Dave and Buster's last night for some fun times.
For those of you that dont know what D&B's is it's a Resturant/adult game place. Lot's of fun, but expensive games to play. We all went last night cause it was half price games and drinks.
Haston spent most of the morning draging the bear around by his foot cause if he picks it up he cant see over it! So funny. but he loves it. So, once again... thanks!

Jack is getting big!

Here are some pictures i took few days ago of Jack and H. when Jack is on his hindlegs he is the same heigth as Haston.

We are starting to see more of the beagle traits in him now and not so much of the golden retriever anymore. But we shall see what happens in the comming monthes. Hopefully he wont get too much bigger. dont want him to eat us... Hard to resist that face though. So stinkng cute. I am blessed.
